Cancellation Deadline:

Attendees must notify us of any cancellations at least 30 days prior to the conference start date to receive a full refund.

Refund Process:

Upon cancellation within the stipulated timeframe, a full refund of the registration fee will

be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.

However, attendees may transfer their registration to another individual upon notifying us of the change.
